1. Return Period
   You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Please ensure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
2. Return Conditions
   A return request must meet the following conditions:
   The item must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
   The item must be unused and in its original, unopened condition (if applicable).
   The item must include all original labels, packaging, and accessories.
3. Return Request Process
   To request a return, please follow these steps:
   Send an email to [email protected] providing your order number and the reason for the return.
   We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RMA) number and further return instructions.
   Return the item as instructed, ensuring you use a traceable mailing method for confirmation.
4. Refund Processing
   Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you will receive a refund within 7 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method used for your purchase. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank.
5. Shipping Costs
   If the return is due to an incorrect shipment on our part (e.g., the wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
   If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction or a change of mind), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
6. Exchange Policy
   We currently do not offer exchanges. If you wish to exchange for other items, please follow the return process, return the original item, and then place a new order.
